Any transactions you broadcast are recorded on the public BRDPoSChain network, which is outside our control and visible to anyone.

d. Optional identity information

If you choose to mint a BirrID credential at a verified tier, you may submit identity documents and biometric data to the verification service. Only a cryptographic hash of that data is written on-chain; the underlying documents are handled by the verification provider under their own privacy terms and are not retained by HQZ LLC after issuance unless required by law.
